For Jessy, the road to wine and hospitality started in the North Fork in 2008, where she worked for Macari Vineyards in the tasting room. Her formal wine training started the following year for American Sommelier, a small wine school located in NYC. From there she joined the ranks of the historic Waldorf Astoria and Intercontinental New York Barclay Hotels, progressing from a floor sommelier to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. She also holds a Masters in Clinical Social Work from NYU and is a Certified Sommelier by the Court of Master Sommeliers.
Her journey has now come full circle as she has returned home to the North Fork fulfilling her lifelong dreams of drinking wine, talking about wine and working alongside her sister daily.
She has learned that education and approachability is key to understanding the world of enology. Every interaction is an opportunity to learn and that is the environment she helped curate at Terra Vite North Fork.

Owners of Terra Vite North Fork Winery & Vineyard, Jacqui and Greg Goodale are food and wine aficionados and lovers of everything Italian.
A third generation Italian-American, Jacqui has felt a deep connection to her heritage from a young age. She followed her passion to college and graduated from NYU with an BA/MA in Italian Studies, completing a year and a half of coursework in Florence, Italy. In this magical city rooted in the Renaissance, Jacqui fell in love with the slower pace of life and the food and wine-centric customs that made each moment delicious. Jacqui then embarked on a career in Marketing with a focus on Italian food & wine.
Greg, a native North Forker, graduated from Ithaca College with a degree in Business Management. Greg is a third generation owner of Riverhead Building Supply and dedicated to the Purchasing Department of his successful business. After meeting in 2013, Jacqui shared her love for the Italian lifestyle and culture with Greg, bringing him on his first adventure abroad. As Greg tasted the flavors of Tuscany, his appreciation for artisanal wine bloomed. Following their first trip, Greg and Jacqui returned to Italy with their growing family, each time sampling a new region of the country.
Jacqui & Greg’s mutual love for the Italian lifestyle has since manifested in the birth of the Terra Vite brand. They strive for their Vineyard to transport guests to the same place of pure happiness that they enter on each visit to Italy.

Kelly received a Bachelor of Science degree from University of California, Davis in Viticulture and Enology with a minor in French. Her resume includes experience at Beringer and Bouchaine Vineyards in California and an internship at Maison Louis Jadot in France under the tutelage of legendary winemaker Jacques Lardière.
Kelly arrived to the North Fork of Long Island in 2006 and has since been honored with many winemaking awards and recognitions including 90+ points from Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, and Wine & Spirits; medals from the New York Wine and Food Classic (including best in category and Winery of the Year), medals from the International Woman’s Wine Competition, and honors from Decanter.
In 2020 she was named one of Wine Enthusiast Magazine’s Top 40 under 40 Tastemakers.
After spending 4.5 years making wine for Bedell Cellars, Kelly joined Macari Vineyards from 2010-2020 as their Head Winemaker and now continues her journey with Terra Vite North Fork.
She lives in Peconic with her husband Rob and two daughters, Haley and Zoey.
