Sheryl Oleksak, 500 E-RYT with Yoga Alliance, holds certifications in 200hr and 300hr Yoga Teacher Training; Partner Yoga from Kripalu Center; Yoga Nidra; Yoga Ed K-8; Zumba; and Buti Yoga. She is also a piano instructor, Certified Thai Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and co-founder of STRENGTH & SERENITY retreats. Sheryl shares her passion through yoga and music in a variety of yoga studios and wellness facilities in NY and beyond.
