The Summer Whites Flight

A taste of four white & rose wines from our Estate collection:

• 2021 Cin Cin  – Methodo Classico – Blanc de Blancs, our 1st sparkling wine, 100% Chardonnay grapes.
• 2024 White Merlot – Whole cluster pressed. Delicate aromas of white peach lead the bouquet, accompanied by subtle floral undertones and a whisper of citrus zest. Harmonious expression of white peach continues on the palate. Luminous pale hue with hints of rose gold highlights, reflecting its unique vinification process.
• 2024 Sole – 100% Chardonnay. Bright and refreshing, this chardonnay showcases aromas of green apple and stone fruit. On the palate, crisp green apple flavors dominate, complimented by subtle undertones of peach and apricot. Its vibrant character shines with the brilliance of the summer morning sun, while the steel fermentation imparts a clear, mineral driven finish.
• 2024 Marea Rose – Vibrant wild strawberry aromatics are complemented by bright notes of pineberry that burst on the palate. Zesty acidity adds a refreshing lift, making this gem of a rosè the ideal accompaniment for a beautiful day by the sea. 67% Merlot, 33% Syrah.
